Talents - moderating kids, understanding hard-to-reach audiences, finding out what the consumers think rather then say, creative development, social research.
Andy Conner
Loves - DIY, Mojitos, answering any question, the Hoff, summer, being fed by Rea, office table-tennis, sculpting 'the guns' - grrrr, 'Jaws', BBQ's, good music.
Talents - being the office go-to guy ('Andy...!?'), a reasoned / sane-'ish' perspective, ensuring things go smoothly, getting hands dirty, some geeky stuff.
Dee Cahill
Loves - eating, thunderstorms, shopping, sleeping babies, snow, bubble wrap, cornflake cakes, cashmere, lie-ins, smelly candles, laughing & swearing.
Talents - making recruiters feel loved, describing the perfect person for a study, sorting out epic research road trips, fooling people into drinking too much.
Frances Sinclair
Loves - being a mum, sleep, long hot baths, being cooked for, John Simm & whatever TV drama he's in at the moment.
Talents - nit-picky attention to detail (being an ex-planner with mild OCD), quality control, managing the office, looking after the finances & generally making sure everything (and everyone) runs smoothly and on time.
